ARC can also supply all Replacements if required; which are sourced via various known Insurer suppliers and also other suppliers known to ARC. We source products daily and negotiate costs for the best possible result, or will provide Replacement options including make, model, description, specifications, equivalents etc so that your Insurer can arrange Replacements promptly

 

Insurance Claim Report:

 

Technical Report which is supplied, this includes conversations with the Insured, the Repairer involved, [if there is one prior to ARC engagement] the Insurance Assessor, the Manufacturer, the Supplier, in addition e Commerce Technical information and Arc’s comprehensive data and technical records that stem from over 20 Years as Authorised Insurance Restorators

Where an item or product is claimed to be damaged as a result of storm, fusion, impact, fire, water, theft etc against your Insurer, ARC will provide all the Technical Data required Validating your Claim. We also advise your Insurer the Loss is consistent with the Reported Cause of Damage, liasle with your Insurer, all details included in this Report supplied to you. If the scenario calls for, ARC will then supply the Repairs or Replacement directly and Invoice your Insurance Company Direct 

 

If for any reason the item inspected is not claimable under an Insurance Policy, ARC will provide you an Option to Repair COD.
